As someone who has quiet a lot of doctors in the family to go to for the second opinion, I am very confident to say that Dr. Sasson is great in what he is doing (knees and shoulders operations). He did my son's ACL and meniscus operations, my shoulder rotator cuff, and now my knee meniscus. He checks you, does an x-ray, and sends you for MRI. Only after MRI does he make decisions about whether to proceed with the surgery or not. He answers all your questions. He makes sure you are called the next day after the procedure, and he sees you without an appointment after that in his office. He gives you referrals for PT as needed. My shoulder range of motion is back to 100%, but right before surgery, I could not lift my hand at all. My son recovered greatly too. What else can one expect from a doctor? Of course, he will ask what insurance you have. Please find one single dr who takes all insurances. Girls at front desc were nice each time. Lady scheduling appointments for surgery called me to tell me that all clearance paperwork is in. Even if girls are rude as someone said, that does not make the doctor bad. I need my knee to get better, and that's what DOCTRS do not front desk. But again, ladies were polite and helpful. I pray to Allah to keep Dr. Sasson healthy and working long as this city needs doctors like him. Did I mention that he learned from the best Dr. Ameen (I'm not sure about the spelling).
