Have had a horrible experience dealing with the billing department in Dr. Margolis' office. They submitted the claim incorrectly to my insurance and have displayed incompetence and lack of customer service in addressing the issue resulting in wasted time dealing with an inaccurate bill for what was a routine eye exam.

Ruined my perfectly good eye. I trusted her. I am devastated and she couldn’t care less. Everyday I live with a handicap SHE bestowed upon me!!! And abandoned me as a patient.
