Came to drop off and pick up a friend of mine for their surgical Achilles repair. They had a nurse come by in front to wheel the patient in during the drop off promptly after our arrival call. During pick up, there were some delays in the surgery and the staff constantly called to give me updates. I really appreciated that especially since parking/standing in the city can be troublesome especially during rush hour. Overall great experience communicating with the front desk + nurses.

Could not recommend this facility more. Mark Drakos, my surgeon, is brilliant and inspires confidence. Dr. Friedman, my anesthesiologist spent so much time with me and gave me lots of good advice. Because of him, I had no nausea. Norah my nurse and all the staff were wonderful and attentive. Highly recommend having surgery here.
