He has excellent bedside manner and is so kind and patient. I was also very appreciative that he wore an N95 mask during my visit. With the influx of high covid and flu cases in NYC right now I really appreciated this. I’d like to see more providers and staff masked in all medical offices.

The doctor and his assistant are very kind and listen. My second time visiting him and he is extremely thorough. Tricia at the front desk was FABULOUS!!! She helped me sign up for the Amazon palm print because I was struggling to do it. She was kind, helpful and patient. Don’t check in with Betty. Betty saw me struggling with the palm check-in, offered no help, watched me sit down and try to enroll on my phone, get back up and then told me there was a line when I was there before all those people. Pretending I was skipping clients. Rude, impatient and not helpful at all. I work customer service everyday and she’s not it. Everyone else there however was fabulous! Thank you
