The office is nice and clean even though it's small. Most of the stuff members are nice. Doctor Lauren was very patient, polite and understanding. Her assistant was outstanding, unfortunately I don't know her name, she speaks Spanish with short dark hair. What a pleasant person to be dealing with. They made my daughter's experience much more easier. Yes, like every where else you will sometimes come across impolite people but overall my experience with this place has been good.

We had previously been seen at another clinic and were not happy with how the doctor handled our son, so we decided to look for a new one. From the very first call, this clinic already stood out. The receptionist was very accommodating, and since we had already visited another clinic, they helped us book an appointment in a way that allowed us to use our insurance. When we arrived, we were early, but they called us in after just a few minutes. We then met Dr. Silver, who explained everything clearly and in detail. She gave us options and also shared her recommendation, which really helped us feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable, and more importantly, you can truly feel her kindness and understanding, especially as a mom with a distressed toddler. That meant a lot to us. The clinic is also spotless, which is a huge plus, and the assistants were all very kind and accommodating as well. We will definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.
