Worse doctor ever. I arrived at 3:09 PM, after 2 complete hours the receptionist reviewed my daughter's information. When I checked the sign-in list there were few people that came after me and ready saw the doctor; I just complained and the "receptionist " said"oh your daughther is the next one". After 45 minutes more and people coming in and out, I asked if my daughter will be the last one to see the doctor. No answer from the receptionist. A man from the administration volunteered to check. I guess that the Dr. Garcia felt aggravated. She had the nerve to yell over the speaker phone to her receptionist, that she goes by the appointment order no arrival order. My appointment was at 3:30. This kind of doctors abuse of the patient time and show bad organized they are. If you have time to lose go there.

My daughter and I had an extremely poor experience with this office! Our worst ever. The front desk / reception are just not friendly and not helpful. They don’t greet you as you enter, they just stared at me. I said, “hello, my daughter (name) has an appt at 4:30”. It looked like it took a whole minute for both of them to process what I said and one of the ladies proceeded to fling a paper at me and said find her name and write the time you arrived next to it. I did so and asked if I should also sign in on a clipboard that was next to it, she said NO in an annoyed tone. I failed to mention that we walked into the most crowded waiting room with not a seat in sight, they were all filled plus some people leaning on wall and others sitting on the floor. I arrived and wrote on paper 4:28, at 5:05 I went up to desk to ask the bothered ladies how many people were ahead of us and she said 10! TEN people and we were already 35 minutes into our wait time. Another lady got up and joined me at desk to inquire about the same, they said 3 patients ahead of her child. I asked the woman how long she’s been waiting, she said 2.5 hours! I made my daughters appt over a month ago for this! And I left work extremely early in the city ran to pick up my daughter early from an activity she looked forward to attending today for us to never be seen! At the end before walking about the desk staff looked at me and just said the doctor is running behind nothing we can do and shrugged their shoulders. I am furious.
