doctor’s behavior was so good that I was impressed❤️

After seeing all reviews I called them on Saturday I lady picked up the phone she was very positive about everything and they told me to come to office don’t worry they gonna see my 3 month old baby in walking and do all the paperwork. When I went to office on Tuesday the receptionist “ Farzana” very very rude and lazy unfriendly. Who sit on Tuesday She told me totally opposite thing. She told me go and change the doctor yourself and then make an appointment before seeing the doctor. If you baby sick go to emergency. Doctor will not see my daughter. There is not a single patient in the room. She was so busy in her phone. I changed two doctor before but they are so busy but even they did not said the staff what is customer service lady said to me in 5 minutes. All doctor see the patient even you go on walking. Where she refused to show my baby to meet doctor. My question to the doctor is this her made own rules to be so rude or her receptionist is so mean rude lazy unprofessional unfriendly who does not want to work. The only reason I wanted to change doctor my present doctor talk don’t much or give me suggestions about milestone. I went to them because when I called them on last week the customer service showed very positive vive. After comeing today in the morning I don’t think will like to go to that place because of the service they gave me. I hope what lazy rude manerless unfriendly careless get fired for her action and attitude.
