I'd give a big fat zero-star rating if I could! My experience with Sun River Health on west 37th street was an absolute nightmare. I urgently needed to see a doctor, and the one I spoke to on the phone assured me I could walk in the next day for lab tests and a consultation. So, I braved two hours of traffic and delays from NJ to get there, only to find out that the doctor hadn't even noted my case, and nobody was expecting me! The receptionist's response was beyond unprofessional. She nonchalantly told me they had no time for me and that I'd have to wait another two hours to see a doctor. "Go chill for 2 hours and come back," she said. "Chill?!" I sacrificed a few hours of work to see a doctor, and all she could say was to "chill"? Give me a break! It's clear they don't care about you as a person. They have no clue that you have a life too and can't waste an entire day just to see a doctor for 15 minutes. And the doctors themselves? Not impressive at all. Definitely not worth the grueling two-hour drive and another two hours of "chilling." I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you want to be treated like a human being, where your time and concerns matter, and if you expect at least decent healthcare, avoid this place like the plague!
