We love going to Dr. John’s! From Danielle at the front desk to the assistants and Dr. John himself, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and patient. I have three children, and they took the time to make each one feel comfortable and cared for. My youngest is usually nervous, but they were so reassuring and gentle that it completely put her at ease. The visit could have gone very differently had they not noticed her hesitation and handled it with such care. Dr. John’s office is the perfect place for a child’s first dental experience — highly recommend! I also strongly recommend for any child with special needs !

The dental care I received here was excellent. Dr. John and the dental assistants were amazing—professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. My son and I always felt comfortable and well taken care of during visits. However, my experience with the administrative staff was disappointing. I was told the office was in-network for braces under my insurance which turned out not to be true. When I asked questions about pricing, I was met with attitude and vague answers. It felt like transparency wasn’t a priority, and had I not done my own research ahead of time, I could have ended up paying $4,000 more than necessary. I went to Dr.Goldstein’s office close by and was fully covered for braces. I truly appreciate the dental team’s work, but I urge the office to improve the honesty and professionalism of the front desk staff. Clear and accurate communication is just as important as quality dental care.
