I had an extremely disappointing experience at AdvantageCare Physicians, 1050 Clove Rd, Staten Island. This is now my THIRD very bad experience with this facility. The first gastroenterologist failed to properly send or explain the colonoscopy preparation medication and instructions. The second time, after I completed the full prep for my colonoscopy, the procedure was canceled almost one hour before the appointment. Both doctors were from this same facility. Now the same thing is happening again with cardiology. I visited the heart doctor on April 21, 2026. I was told to stop exercise and bike riding until further testing. I completed my echocardiogram around April 29 and stress test around May 5. Today is May 23, and after repeatedly calling and messaging many times, I am still being told they “do not have the results yet.” Because of this delay, my normal activity has been stopped for almost a month, and as a diabetic patient my sugar levels have been getting worse from stress and lack of exercise. Patients deserve proper communication, timely results, and basic respect for their time and health. Very frustrating and exhausting experience.
