In my experience there is no other Pain Mgmr. Dr. I would ever choose to have. Since the onset of becoming a patient I have had exemplary care which includes Nick his Associate who sees me when Dr. Bhatia is booked for regular office visits as well as his other Specialties that are performed within the same office however, the rooms are allocated on the other side of the space. Regardless of what my visit pertains to my outcome is always met with the same satisfaction I've received for many years. My Health has changed drastically and my needs are tended to as to accommodate them, and I will say that because I am able to live a fuller life in lieu of the Medication, particularly the dose he prescribes which only had one increase with an extra dose per day and although my situation is more severe than before I do not require any additional medication which is great and I don't ever feel the need to increase what I currently receive on a monthly basis. He has adequately kept me comfortable and capable to do whatever it is that I want to do and its the difference between staying mobile as opposed to being bed ridden and my quality of Life is one I'd describe as being one worth living. Those who suffer as I do don't need to have me explain how detrimental it is and how easy it could cause someone to get deeply depressed, feel worthless, useless, or worse but I can honestly say that its not been my thought process and I know its solely based on my level of care in lieu of my prescribed Meds. Dr.'s aren't willing to provide patients especially new patients with any dosage of narcotics due to the events that have taken place where some deaths occurred but if taken as directed and by seeing the physician every 30 days as applicable by Law, the medication will do its job effectively and thereby diminishing the risks. As long as the rules are followed by the patient then the Dr. feels safer in helping them. I've been extremely fortunate to be Dr. Bhatia's patient and I will continue to do so as like I said there is no better than him and if you too are a compliant patient then I have no doubt that you'll share my same feelings as well as being a functional person living the life you deserve with much less pain and the respect they give you. Anyway, I am very happy and its my intention to remain as such. I hope my words have a positive effect because my experience enables me to be positive.
