The most heartless program I ever encountered.....PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PROGRAM FOR YOU SERVICES......DR>Soto is a robot without feelings....PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE...I was denied to see my mother when she had a heart attack...I was clean for 5 years, attended groups voluntarily, work and support my wife and kids and was denied bottles to see my mother.....I asked for 1 bottle to hold me till I got to Florida and was denied. I was willing to pay to get medicated in Florida....I have never encountered such heartlessness...My time clean was over looked.....I will continue to protest this this program at the highest levels of OASIS...

It would seem that the level of competence Displayed in facilities like these is on the pathetically underwhelming side of the spectrum. Indifference, bad attitude, and judgements are handed out along with any and all patients with No concern or Any regard for those that would seek to improve their plight. I’d rather stay hooked on the Street than allow myself to be humiliated by the fools that are allowed and appointed to oversee facilities like in NY.
