I do not recommend this dentist at all, especially if you’re a first-time patient. My mom originally recommended this place, but even she said she would not be going back and wanted me to see for myself—and she was right. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was off. The staff was unfriendly, very short with us, and honestly had attitudes when speaking—especially about something as sensitive as your teeth. They will call you multiple times before your appointment to make sure you’re coming, just to have you sit there and wait 45 minutes to an hour before even being called. Then once you finally get to the back, you’re sitting there waiting another 45 minutes. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. When I was finally seen, I was told I have 4 wisdom teeth and some cavities—with an attitude. No proper explanation, no care, just rushed. Then I was asked, “okay what do you want to do?” I said I wasn’t prepared to remove any teeth that day (which should be understandable), and that I could do my cavities instead. She straight up said, very disrespectfully, that she’s not doing that today and that they don’t have doctors for that today, and told me to come back tomorrow. Then rushed me out of the room to go make another appointment. On top of that, she walked out and told the front desk I needed a prescription—without ever discussing it with me or explaining what it was for. At that point, when I went to the front to make the appointment, I completely changed my mind about ever returning. I told them I would call back the next day to schedule—but I will definitely not be doing that. I would rather pay out of pocket and go to a professional, friendly dental office where patients are actually treated with respect. Overall, very rude, unprofessional, and not a place where you feel comfortable or cared for. Definitely not somewhere I would recommend. If I could give this place a 0-star review, I absolutely would.
