Starosta Medical Pc

Dr. Starosta is compassionate and attentive. She always greets me warm smile and takes the time to address all of my questions, never making me feel rushed. she does an excellent job of explaining complex medical terms in a way that's easy to understand. She is very knowledgeable and actually looks out for her patients

I would like to write about the positive points in this office first. But there are none. So, 1. The employees at the reception desk are rude and arrogant individuals who act as if they are the center of the universe. One example. I had a high temperature and I called to make an urgent appoitment. But the woman on the phone said that the doctor had a lot of patients today and could not see me, but I asked the doctor and she said that it was the flu and I should take Tylenol. Is this normal? 2. There are always terrible lines in this office. For example, you make an appoitment for 1 pm, but in the best case you get to the doctor at 4-4:30. Well, and 3. The level of medical knowledge of the doctor is about the same as that of a nurse. I can judge the professional level because I am a pharmacist myself and was a patient of the Starosta for a very short time.
