Technician Jay and front desk guy provided great service and it was painless. But the office is very dirty, the chairs had unknown stains and the carpet was worn and dirty. So glad I didn’t have to sit down. Workers are great but the office isn’t.

I have been to this MRI office three times and I have had the best experience all three times. Minimal wait time, they will get you in and out within reasonable time. Following appointment times is always a plus. The MRI Tech (Jay) was friendly and explained the procedure in a short and sweet manner. It was one of the quickest MRI’s I have ever done + it’s an OPEN MRI so I didn’t feel anxious one bit. Jay also made sure I was okay after the exam was done and made sure the check out process was rapid. The only negative is the paperwork- you’re asked to fill out paperwork with each visit. They do have parking in the rear. If I ever need an MRI done, I would definitely come back here no question
