On their website they say you can make appointments by texting to their phone number. But in reality it's completely broken. I messaged them at 11am on Friday morning to book a PET-CT appointment for my mom. No response all day Friday. No response over the weekend. No response all day Monday. Finally at 4:45pm late Monday afternoon they text back asking if I still needed help with an appointment. I immediately replied "yes" within a few seconds. Now I've been waiting over an hour again for a response. I think they've ghosted me again. It seems they're not interested in seeing patients.

I had a mammogram and breast ultrasound done today. The staff were very kind and friendly. I especially want to thank Roslyn, who performed my ultrasound. I do exam every year and I'm very nervous and stressed out. But she was very understanding, made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and was both professional and compassionate throughout the exam. I truly appreciate her care and kindness.
