I’m not sure why this place has such negative reviews- maybe there are multiple locations but the 17th st location has some of the most attentive providers I have experienced anywhere. I’ve seen three doctors/NPs here in the last few years and all of them have sat down and spent concerted time with me- it has always felt thorough and never felt rushed. It seems like they really care about you here! They have also all responded promptly to any messages on MyChart. The other staff has always been really friendly too. I do recommend making an early morning appointment because it can get congested later in the day.

I am very dissatisfied with the overall service at this healthcare facility.Communication is major concern. It is extremely difficult to reach staff by phone, and there are frequent delays in receiving follow-ups for blood work and medical reports. Even when contacting customer service, I was told that this location is known for poor phone responsiveness.There are also persistent issues with administrative competence. The staff repeatedly fails to correctly handle insurance information and referrals, lack of proper training or attention to detail in this area.Especially , management appears to lack the experience and responsiveness needed to effectively resolve patient concerns or improve day-to-day operations. Also, appointments with the doctor are consistently limited to around 15 minutes, which does not feel sufficient for proper patient care or for addressing concerns thoroughly. I will be transferring my care to another provider
