Please don’t go to this place unless you have the energy to deal with unreasonable bad moods and disrespect from the office administrative staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Ravi for over 2 years and always the same situations. I am not a sick person and usually see him once or twice a year. However, after a medication requiring prior authorization was prescribed, the nightmare started. Several weeks, emails and calls and did not get any response or actions at all. To the point that I have had to transfer to another provider. Sadly, this location was the more convenient option, but I cannot continue paying for doctor’s services and not receive them completely. The lack of communication, delays, and poor handling of my medication request have been very disappointing.

I’ve been coming to this office since I was a kid, and it’s unfortunate to say that my recent experience will be my last. The doctors themselves are good people and knowledgeable, but the front desk and office staff are extremely unprofessional. I was met with attitude when asking simple questions, dismissed, and made to feel as though my time and presence did not matter. I also witnessed staff speaking to other patients in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner. Healthcare settings should be welcoming and respectful. Unfortunately, the way this office is managed has made it stressful and discouraging to seek care here. Because of this experience, I will never return, and I would recommend others think carefully before choosing this practice. Due to the seriousness of these issues, I will also be notifying the appropriate authorities and responsible parties so this behavior is formally documented.
