Love the MD, but somehow lab dep always runs late. I understand I was an add on for the labs, however, at 11 am when I was done with the MD and before waiting to do the labs, I specifically asked what is the wait time. I was told only 1 person waiting before me. After 40 minutes of waiting I was still not called. I ran medical office, I understand there is always a wait time for MDs, but waiting to be called to do the labs over 40 minutes is unacceptable.

The staff was very kind and I had a great experience. I came here to talk about Nurse Iris, because never in my life I was treated so well by a healthcare professional. She was so kind and attentive, made me feel very comfortable. Five stars to her!
