Specialist Peds At Lich

Our son has been a patient of SSP since he was born. Our primary doctor is Dr Cao and, since our very first visit, he’s provided us with practical, realistic, and thorough (yet non-alarmist) advice. He cares not just about the well being of our son, but about our well being as parents too. We’ve also seen Nurse Taima at almost every visit - she is extremely knowledgeable (would highly recommend her CPR class), wonderful with kids, and has a magic touch when giving shots or drawing blood from a squiggly toddler. Most of all, the SSP team has created a nice sense of community. They make us feel like they know us personally, they’re very responsive when we’ve had to reach out off-hours, and they’ve always fit us in for a sick visit. We feel lucky that we found this practice - we would highly recommend SSP!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about South Slope Pediatrics and the entire team. From the moment we walk in, we’re greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff is always courteous, efficient, and genuinely caring toward both my son and I. I look forward to my son’s visits which says a lot! The doctors take their time, listen to concerns thoroughly, and explain everything clearly without rushing. The office is clean, welcoming, and child-friendly, with a comfortable waiting area and exam rooms designed to make kids feel at ease. Scheduling is easy, and they’ve been accommodating even in urgent situations. I feel so lucky to have found a pediatrician’s office where I know my child is in compassionate and competent hands.
