South Shore Pediatrics Pc

As a first time patient here today it is not even worth the time. I bought me and my children here for an appointment I walked no air, very small, NOONE greeted us, the reception was talking on her phone personally. I’ve waited for almost 1 hour still no acknowledgment. I will be dropping the PCP and finding somewhere more professional and time well maintained.

First of all ROSEANN is very miserable. I had called for an appointment, the woman told me to come after 3. I called at 348 and they sayed I was good to come. I came in at 430, (I was coming from Brooklyn) she told me I had a 245pm appointment (which no I didn’t). She gon tell me “the lady told you I was sitting right here”. The lady told me nothing about an appointment. Very nasty attitude & to lie because you don’t want to do your job is outrageous. All 3 workers were standing there laughing and talking when I walked in. I kept a very professional and clam attitude. I refuse to let old miserable people ruin my day because they’re lazy.
