Worst office to attend. Waiting time is two hours with appointment. This place was good many years ago but gotten worst with little patients and greater waiting. Advise to all to avoid visiting this establishment, it's waiting period is like visiting the ER. Today April 22nd 2026 visited this facility and it's very cold inside there for there is never heat nor air conditioning for a Health Place the management is not doing a good job. NYC Department of Health services needs to go there and have an inspection of this facility. When you visit there you comes out of there upset and with a headache because it's nothing like a health facility anymore. New management and terrible services by the staff not the doctors, Doctors are great and tries to cope with the management. Advise to the public to find another facility to go to.
