I should’ve listened to the other reviews and avoided this place as much as possible. I was looking for an annual checkup in the area and found this office. Had a very similar experience as everyone with negative reviews. The office submitted to my insurance company that getting my results counted as its own “office visit.” I also had to pay a separate fee to the lab that they sent my bloodwork to. Considering annual check ups are fully covered by most insurance plans, this is absolutely ridiculous. Though the doctor is nice, I will never be going back to a practice that scams their patients. Save your time and money and go elsewhere! Edit: To be clear, my results were completely normal. Upon sending me my results via email, they automatically scheduled a video call to go over the results which is what they charged as a separate office visit. The doctor was over 15 minutes late with no notice so I left the video call. I requested for the information to just be told over a phone call if going over them was necessary. They instead told me that the doctor was waiting for me in the video call now and were expecting me to join as if my personal schedule doesn’t matter. They eventually scheduled a follow up call, completely ignoring my request for a phone call which I later realized was because they wanted to charge the additional “office visit.”
