This clinic is one of the worst. The provider Sarah Carmody sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy multiple times and she doesn't respond messages timely (sometimes days of a delay), for certain controlled substances, the prescription can't be filled until 1 day before running out, so you can imagine how devastating a few day's delay could cause. The billing department is even worse. I recently changed my insurance. All my other providers would ask about my new insurance info proactively and to make sure it's still under coverage. But this billing department? they never said a thing, just been charging $200/session for multiple times until I just found it out today! so irresponsible

I completed an intake here, and to be fair, the intake itself was not bad. However, everything that followed was extremely disappointing. After the intake, I scheduled a follow-up with a different therapist, only to later receive a message from the intake therapist stating that they do not provide the services I was seeking. This was confusing and frustrating, especially since I was very intentional when booking my initial appointment and chose this clinic specifically because it appeared to meet my needs. Despite this, I continued receiving confirmation messages, and even after calling multiple times to clarify whether my appointment was actually confirmed, I was left without clear answers. The overall communication and organization of this clinic is very poor. Based on my experience, and after seeing similar negative reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated issue. The decision to cancel my appointment felt unjustified and, frankly, came across as discriminatory rather than based on an honest assessment of services. The only positive part of my experience was the initial intake. Unfortunately, everything afterward did not meet even basic expectations of professionalism or care.
