I have tried to contact this office over 15 times in the past week trying to resolve my medical records issue. They are REFUSING to return my calls, or even pick up the phone. Everything should be VERY WELL documented at this point in regards to my messages being sent in the portal, and all the voicemails and callback requests I have sent. TODAY ALONE i called the office 10 times. i left 5 voicemails requesting a callback, and requested a callback through the phone menu itself an additional 5 times. This office's refusal to give ANY correspondence about my medication and medical records FOR OVER 3 WEEKS NOW is completely unacceptable. I have a right to my medical records. If I do not receive any correspondence from you by the end of the work day tomorrow, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. This is THE most unprofessional medical practice I have ever experienced, and I have run out of options at this point. I have made SO MANY requests now through the portal and through phone calls, and I cannot keep getting ignored like this. This is people's lives here that you are messing with. I am now having legitimate consequences to my mental health, and it's all because of your medical practice that is supposed to HELP with mental health. You have put me through more stress than I was dealing with before making appointments with your seemingly fraudulent practice. I have waited long enough for you to do the right thing. Would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. Hopefully seeing this displayed publicly will get them to actually do something. UPDATE: it has been another week without word from them. The phone number when you call it now goes says: “sorry, the phone number is not found. Goodbye” and hangs up on you. Actually criminal.
