I cannot recommend Dr. Shin and her incredible assistant, Manuela, at Junction Dental enough! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Dr. Shin is incredibly gentle, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything so clearly. Manuela is so kind and attentive, anticipating every need and making the whole visit smooth and stress-free. They make a fantastic team and genuinely care about their patients. If you're looking for top-notch dental care with a personal, welcoming touch, this is the place to go!

As everyone is saying in the reviews check before making and appointment. The office manager is rude. I received 3 calls the day prior to my appointment to verify my insurance and the office manager still had to call me to verify my insurance. She have to clarify with her staff who told her no but my phone records says otherwise. She hung up because I stated my frustration of being called to keep verifying my insurance. Not only that my daughter is special needs and they tell me I have to let her sit to get X-rays. They are very rude and lack patience. If you do not like your job don’t work in a dental office.
