(Oct 13 2025) I've been with the same SMG almost foreverand also many years with the same family doctor, Dr. Sangjun Byeon, That's how satisfied I'm with SMG and Dr. Byeons office. But, recently I had been having so much headaches and stresses due to unspeakably pooly declined service qualities I received from specialists, labs and even from SMG's own other-language speaking phone representatives. Today, all my prior stresses and headaches completely washed away by simply calling a English speaking SMG representative, Karen. Unlike other language speaking representatives, Karen identified herself and her name (first sign of how one can be accountable, dependable and trustworthy) even before i said a word. Other language speaking representatives, no names. When asked for their names, eithet get offended or reluctant. As expected I was right (just based on a simple act of phone rep identitying her name), Karen indeed was truly and unbelievably, kind, polite, thorough, complete, proactive and so professional. I couldn't believe myself why I didn't call English speaking representatives before all these years. Karen was absolutely the hidden jewel of SMG. Hopefully same Karen answers next time I call. And also hopefully other English speaking representatives just as nice and professional as Karen. My painfully horrible bad experiences with non English speaking representatives, incredibly, unbelievably, so bad I best not mention here since this review is about how thankful Im with SMG. Thanks to Karen, my day started this morning with such a bright and shining attitude, although it is expected to rain cats and dogs all day. Thank you Karen and SMG. Respectfully and sincerely, (Oct 15 2025) Since receiving heartfelt professional help from Karen 2 days ago, I had two different pending procedure related questions I needed to call. This time I wasn't amy longer pre stressed or worried like I always used to for many years talking and getting ready to talk to other language speaking representatives. So I called hoping to ask for Karen. Unfortunately and Fortunately Karen didn't answered but someone else did. As was the case with Karen, Andrea identified her name immediately. Her most calmest amd kindest voice together with professionally giving her name out instantaneously, allowed me to change my mind about asking for Karen. Andrea was equally (Karen) professional, knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and all together professionally poised throughout the entirety of my phone communication. Andrea and Karen are both angels to providing such comforts (although thats not their job) to patients who may be in midst of so much confusions, headaches and hearaches from abuses and additional (other than medical) sufferings they may had no choice but to subject themselves to other medical professionals. Thank you, Andrea, Karen, SMG. God in heaven will definitely recognize you amd bless you even if SMG management may not recognize you as much. I for one recognize you and thank you from bottom of my hearts.
