My partner has been trying to reach them for days to get looked at. It's impossible to reach them. I've been trying to reach them, too. We are busy working people and spending hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone is unacceptable, especially when no one ever ends up picking up. This is causing a lot of anxiety because we don't know what's wrong with him and we just want answers. Unprofessional at best, harmful at worst. Look for another provider.

The worst experience I have ever had. The representatives at the front desk in radiology department was extremely disrespectful to us. My father had a CAT scan test and they started giving us attitude as soon we got there and tried to check in. First they said, they don’t have authorization which is false because I called the insurance and wrote down all the codes and dates they sent out authorization almost three weeks ago. They were still saying they need to verify it. After an hour they still didn’t have verification even though they had 6 people working on the desk they didn’t have any answer for us. We waited three hours and saw every patient went in and leave after there test is done and when we went up to front desk after waiting so long they said the scanner isn’t working which is hard to believe because there were still patients going in for their tests even one patient was upset for us and spoke up for treating us with such bad manners. I asked to speak to their supervisor but they said supervisor is not in. I’m supposed disappoint how they handled this situation and treated us after hours of waiting making us call insurance and all they waited two hours hours to tell us they machine isn’t working. They didn’t even reschedule my father’s appointment and tried to even speak to us after we waited at the desk to speak to someone to help us. The patient there tried to help us gave us a number to call to file an complaint but unfortunately the same way those people didn’t help and kept hanging up the call saying they will call back.
