Terrible!! I needed a MRI with and without contrast done. The MRI without contrast was fine. When it was time for the contrast to be injected into my veins the “nurse” and “doctor” were incompetent. I was stuck with a needle four different times a vein was blown and there was blood on the floor. They wanted to try a fifth time and I declined. It was horrible I will never recommend this place to anyone stay far away.

I was given the wrong address for my appointment. I arrived to the wrong building- apparently the correct address was 3201 for radiology for my ultrasound. I was just following directions that were given to me via both text and the app, which were both wrong and caused me to be very late as I was very confused and in the wrong hospital, trying to find the correct floor which did not exist in that building. There is no reception in 3131 Kings Highway, and therefore nobody to ask for help, so I just rode the elevator until I got to a floor with someone in an office who could offer me directions and they finally advised me correctly. The only good thing is that I was not penalized for being misdirected and I was still taken for my appointment. However, I did not appreciate reception saying that I got ‘lost’- I was given the wrong directions and followed them correctly. How am I the first patient to leave this review ? Surely I’m not the only one to receive this system error.
