Very rude dentist. Told my grandpa “what kind of THING are you” just because he came 30 mins before the appointment inside the office on a very COLD day. He dehumanizes my grandpa because he wanted to wait in the place on a very cold day.

Had all 4 of my wisdom pulled here. I was really nervous the first time I visited because I never had my tooth pulled before. But Dr. Shu is really experienced and it didn't hurt at all. Everything happened pretty fast. Later I came back to get the other side pulled too.
