I had an appointment for an MRI here. I see a lot of negative reviews and just want to share my story. I had a 4pm appointment. Filled out the paperwork which took maybe five minutes. I did have to.wait about 30-40 minutes for the MRI. I honestly wasn't in a rush and didn't mind it. But I can understand why that would be a problem. When I was called and went to the back the person performing the MRI could tell I was nervous. He walked me through the process. Told me how long it would take. During the process he asked if I was ok. Updated me on how long was left. It truly was a very positive experience. He made me.feel very safe. The lady at the n front desk was nice and professional and knew her job. I am very tough when it comes to.reviews. I only review when I feel like things went above and beyond. And everyone I interacted with went above and beyond. Thank you for this positive experience.

Why does the receptionist hate her job so much ? Cant even get an appointment right they switch your dates and look at you as if you are wrong. If you book an appointment with them ask for written confirmation or record them cause they will lie and reschedule it without notice. 2 times and the second one she’s just like ok fine and gives the scheduled appointment.
