Dr. Law is a very knowledgeable and great lung specialist and always does his best for his patients. He does spend time with his patients. However, his office has overbooking issues. For example: they book 5-6 patients from 12-1 pm, but the doctor himself doesn't show up until 1 pm. When asked, I was told by the front desk that it is a norm that the doctor show up later than the appointment time in this office. I am not too happy that I have to wait over an hour to be seen. Other than the timeliness issues, he's a fine doctor.

After years of vaping, I started experiencing shortness of breath and a persistent cough. I consulted Dr. Singwu D. Law. He conducted comprehensive pulmonary function tests, including spirometry to measure airflow and diffusing capacity (DLCO) to assess how well my lungs transfer oxygen into the blood. These tests revealed early signs of small airway disease. Dr. Law prescribed a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) inhaler to improve my breathing and recommended a methacholine challenge to check for any reactive airway issues like asthma. Additionally, he guided me through a smoking cessation plan that included varenicline and behavioral therapy. Beyond his expertise, what really stood out was how much time he spent talking with me, answering my questions, and explaining everything without any judgment. It made the whole experience way less stressful. Plus, I have to mention—the artwork in his office was actually really cool, which made the visit feel a little less clinical. For someone that didn’t want to face the reality of her choices… the thorough, direct and evidence based approach helped me not only improve my lung function but also finally quit vaping. I highly recommend Dr. Law for anyone dealing with vaping-related lung concerns.
