Hanna Motorina
My gold chain went missing from their locker while I was getting an MRI!!!!! I came on November 6 at 7:30 for a brain MRI due to severe migraines for 7 months. My neurologist within my insurance referred me to this clinic. So they weren’t my personal preference and I didn’t come for an MRI at night just for a simple interest. I was the last patient and only two young latina women were on the shift. I left my things in their locker. I also put my gold chain with my name “Hanna” there and trusted them because it’s a medical facility. A few days later I realized I forgot it there. I called on November 10 and asked if a gold chain with my name was there. The girl on the phone told me that it is. So I showed up on November 17 — and suddenly nobody knows where is my chain. The manager said he’d check. Next day he called and said: “It’s not here. We’re not responsible for anything left in the locker.” Seriously? I left it there because THEY told me to. And they already told me once that the chain WAS there. How does something just vanish inside a medical facility? Zero investigation. Zero accountability. Zero effort. If you value your belongings or even basic honesty, don’t come here. This place is unbelievable in the worst way! If my personal item won’t be returned or equal monetary compensation provided, I’m complaining to DOH, BBB, Yelp, and reporting a missed item to the police. Let’s decide something until I escalate.
