Discovering Dr. Loh at Dream Dental.was a miracle! After my long-term dentist passed away, I wasn't sure I would ever find anyone as competent and nice. Dr. Loh truly surpassed all my expectations. He does everything well and as quickly and painlessly as possible. He also saw me on a Saturday when I needed an emergency visit. He and his staff are always pleasant. They actually make going to the dentist a pleasure. Dream Dental Bayside has my very highest recommendation!

I have been coming here for years. Dr. Loh is excellent and the dental assistants are also great. Until recently, I had no issues. The new receptionist staff has made scheduling frustrating. They called once to confirm my appointment, but I missed the call due to work. I tried calling back multiple times the same day with no answer, so I left a message to confirm. No one returned my call. On the day of my appointment, after taking time off work, I arrived only to find my appointment was canceled. Their outdated system requires confirmation only by phone, and if you cannot reach them, they will cancel your appointment without any notification. This shows poor communication and no regard for patients’ time. Dr. Loh and the assistants are wonderful, but the front desk management needs serious improvement.
