Had a Great experience at this place! Been with them for almost 2 years, all staff members were polite and respectful. If you need to get braces this is the place to go!

Nice staff but the wait is so long. I had to wait 45 minutes AFTER my appointment just to do a retainer check that takes 30 seconds. That itself is not the problem. It’s just that I see people walk in after me and somehow leave before me. Additionally, apparently, one of the staff called my name earlier and I didn’t hear. But why did they not call it repeated? It was clear I was still in the building. It’s not like there was a ghost who typed my name into the computer and left. I literally see them calling people names multiple times or even coming out to get them. But they didn’t do that for me. It’s like they got different respect levels for different customers. Overall the staff acts kind but this just got on my nerves as it felt like I wasted my time.
