The full experience was great from start to finish. I called in to ask questions and Spoke To front desk Mia and she was able to answer all the questions I had prior to visiting the office when I came in. I approach front desk and Mia was there with a big smile and said she was the person I spoke to on the phone. The check-in process took about five minutes and I was in one of the rooms and I was talking to Dr. Turner. My vital signs were taken by a nurse and Dr. Turner took time to listen and ordered blood work. The nurse then took my blood and it was very painless. You can see how much experience they all have I know this is an urgent care, but if I could choose any Medical Office to be my primary care facility, this would be it. I do not look forward to getting sick in the future but if I do, I’m glad I have this place to go to when that day comes. I came in Sunday morning and I was in and out within an hour. If the owner can read this, please recognize your staff. It’s hard to find great medical professionals that actually care the whole visit didn’t feel transactional again thank you and stay blessed.
