I visited this doctor on 9/15/23. I was truly disappointed in this doctor. I was referred by my insurance company. When this doctor saw that I was a black patient, he looked at me with disgust, he told me that he couldn't do anything for me. I told him I was in pain, my knees, hips and lower back. I was so hurt and in shock that at this point in time I experienced blatant racism. He wouldn't examine me. He called his assistant to escort me out of the office My husband waiting for me in the waiting area. I was telling my husband how this doctor treated me. There was an Asian patient sitting across from me listening to my conversation. I asked her if she understood whst I was saying, she said yes and put her head down sadly. I will let the insurance company know how I was treated. His office was outdated.

If I could give this doctor and his practice negative stars I would!! Firstly, his style of practice and his entire facility is completely outdated. I unfortunately had to take my mom here based off a referral because he was the only doctor in the area that accepted my moms insurance. She went for knee pain/discomfort, he did take a look at it and the inflammation was evident even for me and I'm not even a doctor. He basically stated the obvious and tried to write her off a prescription which she was already taking (from her pcp). He said to take the medicine and ordered her to come back in a few weeks and if it hasn't improved by then that he was going to give her a steroid injection (without even asking the patients thought about his plan) And so, I had intervened and told the doctor that our primary care doctor has referred us here to possibly get physical therapy treatment and asked do you do that here? And he carelessly says If you want to you can and calls over a his help to take her to the other room; very rudely and dismisses us just like that. Our consultation was literally done in less than 10 mins. Their equipment is OUTDATED!! and their aids seemed oddly inexperienced ! And to top everything off, on the way out they told my mom she had to pay 2 copays of $60/each and made her sign 2 different Dates of Service logs to fabricate 2 different services for 2 different days...BUT BOTH WERE DONE ON THE SAME DAY! The staff ladies immediately in defense yelled and said its written up there on the wall! Quite aggressively.. Which basically stated that when getting a consultation and service its two different visit types etc.. My mom didn't want to cause trouble so she just insisted to pay so we can leave.. but ISNT THIS INSURANCE FRAUD??? Just because they have their so called policy written up somewhere doesn't give them the right to change the law... I was livid when I left this place. NEVER COMING BACK HERE! AND JUST A WARNING TO ALL, IF YOU WANT INCONSISTENT FRAUDULENT HEALTH CARE SERVICE YOU CAN TRY IT OUT YOURSELVES, don't say I didn't warn you...
