Denied being seen by the doctor even though I had an appointment. Nurse had a tone when I was simply asking her questions about my health. I told her I was diagnosed a few years ago by the same company and that I’ve been to both clinics. I then asked if it was possible if the doctor can send the medication I’ve always got sent to the clinic nearby if I couldn’t be seen by the doctor. Nurse came back and said there was nothing on file. She said I had to come back and make another appointment. I had to leave despite expressing my discomfort in my health.

I’ve had one of the worst health care experiences here. The clinic seems to hold a disregard for peoples time/resources. Multiple front desk workers told me different prices in regards to the cost of a physical/gave me an incorrect receipt. This followed being scheduled during the nurse’s lunch break and having to wait 45min-1hr before anyone let me know I’d have to come back the next day. This process happened again when returning to pick up completed paperwork. A routine test took over a week to complete because of a clear lack of communication. I understand this clinic is understaffed but being transparent with clients isn’t an additional cost.
