I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to EMTs Liz R. Cordero, Emerald V. Leritine, and Supervisor Kenny DeLeon for the exceptional care they provided to my father, Mr.Kindell, during Trip #441A on June 5 from Peninsula. In a world where compassion and genuine advocacy can sometimes feel rare, this team demonstrated both in abundance. From the moment they arrived, they treated my father with dignity, respect, patience, and kindness. Their professionalism was evident, but what truly stood out was the heart they brought to their work. Upon arriving, they quickly recognized that the situation reported by the facility did not accurately reflect my father’s condition. Rather than simply following directions without question, they carefully assessed the circumstances, listened to the family, and advocated for what was truly in my father’s best interest. Their knowledge, critical thinking, and commitment to ethical patient care were remarkable. What touched me most was the way they cared for my father. They treated him as though he were their own grandfather—with warmth, gentleness, concern, and genuine affection. They took the time to ensure he was comfortable, heard, and respected. Their teamwork was seamless, their communication was outstanding, and their dedication to patient advocacy was nothing short of inspiring. I have witnessed many healthcare professionals over the years, but I can honestly say that I have never seen such a spectacular display of teamwork, compassion, professionalism, and humanity. Liz, Emerald, and Kenny went above and beyond their duties, and their actions made a difficult situation significantly easier for our family. These individuals represent the very best of emergency medical services. They are a credit to their profession and should be recognized for the extraordinary care they provide every day. Thank you, Liz, Emerald, and Kenny. Your kindness, integrity, and dedication will never be forgotten by our family. Mr.Kindell and Family
