I had an incredible experience at Seleni. I first went there for a consultation with their IBCLC and continued going for weekly breastfeeding clinics. It is such a supportive and welcoming environment. I felt so comfortable there that I returned months later for their sleep support clinic. They have every challenge a mother could experience covered. Whatever the hurdle, I'll always reach to them. The space is like oasis in the city, the staff are lovely.

I really enjoyed working with Dr. Mindes at the Seleni Institute. She was thoughtful, caring, and compassionate and there was so much added value to our sessions because she understood what I was going through on my family planning journey. Lauren has also been delightful to work with on the scheduling and logistics front.
