I was very unwell and initially attempted to contact your office, but it was closed at the time. However, when I called again at 8:00 AM, I was connected with a doctor within approximately one and a half hours. The physician was exceptional—professional, attentive, and highly supportive. I would also like to commend the entire team, including your call center staff, for their outstanding assistance. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, responsive, and compassionate throughout the process. Knownwell is truly the best medical office I’ve ever been to. They blend the latest tech and meds with compassion and kindness. The staff create a welcoming environment and the physician I work with is incredible. The office itself is a very nice vibe: a judgement free zone with fancy couches and free bottled water! I really wish all my other providers had a set up this nice. Shout out to Dr Gao who is a great listener, creative problem solver, and very smart! She gives great advice, holds me accountable in the most positive way, and takes a lot of time with me each visit. I genuinely look forward to going to see her.
