According to Google, the office is listed as being open until 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. I began calling around 12:00 p.m. because I needed to complete blood work and wanted to confirm the latest time I could arrive. I called approximately ten times and did not receive an answer. When I arrived at the office at 1:25 p.m., the doors were locked and the lights were off. There was a sign posted on the door indicating that the office closes at 1:30 p.m. on Fridays. I would have appreciated staff answering the phone, as this would have prevented the unnecessary trip. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have arrived at the office after calling multiple times without a response and encountered an issue. It is unclear whether the office is open, whether a provider is available, or whether services are being offered at a given time. Improved communication would help avoid this confusion in the future.

The staff is very polite. This clinic needs staff to answer phones. They hired an answering service but you can not leave a message. Dr Jeanette Torres is NEVER physically there & has not been since early last year. Her staff is on front lines while she is practicing over the phone. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
