The staff and assistants were very friendly and helpful, but the doctor who I met with wasn't very informative. I essentially ended up being charged $500 dollars for him to squeeze a cyst while wearing gloves. If I had known I wouldn't have bothered coming.

I have went to the Mount Vernon Illinois location for over 20 years!!!!!!! I will NO longer continue now that this business took over! The managers are RUDE- the receptionist are ignorant and have no clue about products or procedures. I tried contacting the office through email, and multiple phone calls, no one seems to answer or call me back for an appointment. My social media will also reflect what I have said on here!!!!! I'm telling everyone I know to do to Saint Louis at Dr.Rottlers. Ohh and you should NOT raise prices when it's not needed!!!!!! An $80 hair removal is now $200?????? Seriously?!?!?!?
