Horrendous patient care. I accompanied my grandmother to an appointment and the dentist is incredibly rude. Schrier repeatedly interrupted my grandmother who was simply trying her best to get her concerns across, and cut her off by jabbing her fingers into my grandmother’s mouth mid-sentence. At best, we’re never going back. As if that weren’t enough, the office itself is filthy. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect shown to my grandmother during her appointment. The dentist came across as patronizing, interrupted her repeatedly, and made her feel rushed and unheard. Elderly patients deserve far more patience and kindness than what we experienced here. As you can tell by the numerous sarcastic replies to other negative reviews, Schrier does not seem likely to change or take accountability for her ill demeanor anytime soon. Do not bring your loved ones here.
