Sanford Radiology Pc

I just had an MRI and found Middle Village Radiology super easy to deal with. My doctor sent the request to them and they in turn contacted my insurance company and got the approval. A few days before my appointment they called to confirm my appointment. Upon arrival at 9:20am for my 9:30 appointment I filled out the usual paperwork and was called within 10 minutes. The Front Desk staff and Shawn the MRI technician were super nice and made me feel very comfortable. The whole procedure lasted about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place if you need an MRI.

Ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. Even though they were busy, they kept their professional and courteous demeanor. There was only one person taking x-rays which made us wait well over an hour. This is no problem for me. I understand when someone is busy. BUT! One of the ladies working downstairs named Lisa kept walking up and down the hall without a mask. Not once, bit 4-5 times in front of the patients who were all wearing masks. On top of that, she looked at us and said angrily that she wanted to go home already. Absolutely unprofessional.
