Sanchez Medical Imaging, Pc

Have been seeing Dr. Joseph for more than 5 years now, he is a great doctor. However, trying to get a receptionist on the phone Is nearly impossible!!!!( and this is pre Covid) It is so frustrating.. I call using 2 separate phones and it is still unbelievable how no one answer's. When having to have important documents filled out for work or school is just a hassle, i just ultimately end up going to my nearest City MD.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Joseph - and he's fantastic - but I had to find a new doctor when the front desk never followed up on rescheduling an appointment, even after calling and leaving messages. Things might get better if they get a new front desk staff that knows how to properly communicate with patients.
