If you choose to come here, then be prepared for the horrible wait time. You can literally read an entire book or crochet a sweater with how long you have to wait.They have no respect for the appointment times. You could have an 11am appointment and you won't be seen until 1pm. Theirr excuse will always be,"There was an emergency'. Yet, not a single soul acts like anything is urgent there. I question how they can afford to hire so many receptionist when they literally do nothing, other than a whole lot of 'haha' and 'hehe' and breaks to dunkin. I mean, get me a dunkin too if you are going to make me wait. If you are looking for a job, apply here. I personally haven't been here since the doctor I had mixed up patient information and got mad at me for not telling him. Umm what?? 🙃 I thought you were the one with the medical degree.🤔 The rest of the family still goes here because like I said earlier, most of their doctors are kind and compassionate (unlike the one I got). My sister went today. Her wait time was nearly 3 hours to get a prescription. Mind you, she already saw the doctor and the prescription was established, but she had to take another appointment to actually get it and to fit her contact lenses. She has been wearing contacts for nearly 8 years, why does she need to learn now?? Lol that's not even the biggest joke. They switched her contacts. So they made her wear the left in the right and the right in the left.😭 And more wait time!! You get the picture right??
