Would not recommend under any circumstance. 1. Doctor was extremely rough during cleaning, which I didn't ask for nor was that the reason for my appointment. 2. I scheduled the appointment for a permanent crown. The lady who works the front desk originally said the authorization would take ONE week, I called after one week and was told it would take TWO weeks. Okay fine. Just to let you all know, it's been almost TWO entire months and I still don't have an permanent crown. I call every so often and they give me the run around saying they will call the insurance company and contact me back. I've never received a call from the office with an update. They are unprofessional, seemingly disorganized and they don't seem to care about their patients because now I have to start all over from square one.
