UNETHICAL SELLING AND REVIEW-CORNERING. I was acknowledged right away (perhaps because I was a new patient), anyways the dentist was amazing, everything was so clean and everyone there was very polite! What I didn't like is the aggressive sales tactic, It got annoying. They also asked me if I wanted to give them a review which I was more than happy to do so but she had the iPod on my face and stood in front of me, it didn't make me feel comfortable, it would had been a really good review since I didn't see the financial counselor yet. lol When I did, the prices shocked me, it was extremely high compared to other places, I was also given prices of other treatment that I didn't asked for. Overall it came out to around $20, 000. I only wanted to get one front tooth fixed! I politely asked why is there such a big difference in price from other places I've been and that's when the real service came out. I was expecting to hear maybe different materials, technology etc. but no, I was questioned as per why I've been shopping around, wouldn't you do the same if it was your money and health involved? She also said that nobody will charge less that that, I told her that 5 yrs ago I had one done for $2000 and she didn't believe me. I felt like showing her my tooth lol. Anyways beautiful people but aggressive selling and now I understand why so many reviews with good ratings. They push it on you, stand in front of you to make sure you review them before you see the prices lol.
