If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband was experiencing pain in his tooth, which he already had some issues with, so I set up an appointment for him with Dr. Rotman for teeth cleaning and X-rays. This was his first time visiting the office. We were looking for a new dentist in the area, and after reading the reviews I hoped he would have a good experience. He did not. We paid out of pocket without insurance. During the appointment he received the cleaning, but they did not do the X-rays. When I called to confirm if X-rays were done, the woman at the front desk kept telling me she would have to check his file, and call me back. This went on for months, and she would never call me back. My husband was still experiencing tooth pain, so he made an appointment with another doctor, who of course needed the X-rays. When I called Dr. Rotman’s office AGAIN, and said we needed the X-rays, for his appointment with another doctor, she finally admitted that the X-rays were not done and tried to make excuses saying, the insurance didn’t cover it, and then tried saying, it wasn’t necessary to do the X-rays. We did not use insurance, and he had tooth pain. Of course it was necessary. She finally said he can come back to do the X-rays. He went in the next day, and the X-ray machine was broken. At this point I requested a refund for the X-ray portion of cost. She said she didn’t know the cost to refund for X-rays, and would have to call me back. Never called me back and was never refunded. I don’t know what’s going on at this office, but I most certainly will never return, and do NOT recommend.
